This might be one of my favorite mash-ups Harebrained has ever done. Child's Play and Toy Story, while stylistically very different, both focus on anthropomorphic toys owned by an Andy. And face it- Chucky wouldn't be at all out of place in neighbor Sid's hellish bedroom of misfit toys. In Child's Play, of course, Andy's little doll is out to murder him (and comically fails at every turn), while in Toy Story, Andy's toys are loyal servants of his. Who knows, maybe this could create a new film genre! Slasher-meets-Pixar? Horror-meets-Disney? I don't care what it's called as long as Randy Newman does the soundtrack.
