    I have a question/I need help!

    We have answers! Helpful answers! Just reach out through the contact form on our site and we'll get you squared away. We are at our desks Monday-Friday, and emails sent after 3 pm CST on Friday will be answered the following Monday. 

    Why did I only get some of the items I ordered? 

    Some things we offer (including most of our tees and home accessories) are made to order and will ship separately. Check the listing for your missing item, it should tell you there along with an estimated turnaround time. 

    How much is shipping?

    US shipping starts at $4.20 (nice), international shipping starts at $6.25 with overseas shipping starting at $9.50. 

    We also offer priority shipping for US customers, which starts at $7.50. If you are only seeing an option for priority shipping, that means your order has exceeded the 13 ounce limit for first class shipping. 

    I'm local, do you offer pickup? 

    Yes, with a couple provisos! You won't see a pick up option at checkout because not all of our items live in our warehouse, and we are a two person team who does a lot of work off site, so our office hours are limited. BUT! We are always happy to work something out. 

    If you want to take advantage of local pick up, email amanda@harebraineddesign.com before you place your order to make pick up arrangements and to confirm the items you want are eligible. At that point, we will provide you with a code that will remove the shipping cost from your order.

    Do you offer wholesale?

    Why are these called Period Panties?

    Our Period Panties are so-called for their bloody designs and (admittedly terrible) menstrual puns. While they do have some period friendly features (black lined gusset, super comfy "granny panty" full coverage fit, wider crotch to accomodate pads), they are not absorbent, nor are they a replacement for a tampon, pad, or cup. 

    What is your sizing? 

    Every underwear listing includes a size chart.

    Our women's underwear tends to run roughly a full size small. We strongly recommend sizing up. Nobody wants their undies too tight! Our men's fit on the smaller side, too. If you are debating between two sizes we strongly recommend going with the bigger. 

    Most shirts are printed and shipped by our partner printer, and we can't 100% guarantee which blank they will use.

    The shirts are standard unisex sizing, most likely printed on Canvas brand blank.

    Women's tanks are printed on Next Level racerback tanks. A quick Google search will find you the size chart, but feel free to reach out for any clarification.

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! We ship to most countries. If you are getting a message that we don't ship to your address, feel free to email to confirm! 

     

    How long will it take to receive my order? 

    We typically ship within 24 hours on weekdays, with shipping for the week wrapping up by about 2 pm on Fridays. Most domestic orders take anywhere from two to five business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping times may vary between one and eight weeks.

    My package shows it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

    First, check all around your property, and if you're in a multi unit building, any common areas. If you don't find it, give it another business day or two. Tracking can sometimes roll over to "delivered" at the end of the day that it goes out on the truck, regardless of whether or not it is actually at your house. If those don't work, please reach out via our contact form!

    If you are concerned about not receiving your package or generally have trouble receiving mail at your address, we offer priority shipping, which offers $50 insurance for any lost items.  

    What is this store's return and exchange policy? 

    We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange any items within fourteen days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. 

    The following are not eligible for exchange:

    Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Any return package postmarked more than 14 days after delivery.

    Gift cards are non-refundable, no exceptions. 

    Our exchange policy does cover sale times, but they will stay valued at the price at the time of purchase.
